About
Northreach Society is a non-profit, made up of dedicated staff, collaborative partners, and committed board members. Together, we work hard to bring our programs and services to life, supporting the health and well-being of our community every step of the way. As a harm reduction agency we promotes awareness, prevention, and provides care and support throughout the north. We offer free and confidential access to safer sex supplies and safer ingestion supplies & STBBI testing Monday to Friday. We offer free education sessions on HIV/HCV/STBBIs, Naloxone, sexual health, and a variety of other harm reduction related topics. Helping Hands, a division of Northreach Society, & Food Bank of Alberta Member, provides a free 'shopping model' grocery pantry, servicing the Grande Prairie community, and together, we are better equipped to address a wider range of needs from food security to health services.
