We support aging adults with resources, person centered service plans, applications for benefits and seniors funding as well as prepare taxes. We also offer the Meals on Wheels on program which is open to everyone of all ages. A hot nutritious meal is delivered M-F over lunch by committed volunteers, meal plans can support a wide array of dietary needs such as gluten free, high fiber, low sodium and much more.
