With 22 people in the office, millwork shop and in the field, HWD has certified Architectural Technologists, Gold Seal certified Project Managers, Red Seal Carpenters, Cabinetmakers and Metal Building System Erectors to provide qualified services.

HWD has a strong commitment to safety and environmental sustainability. To attain the highest level of safety, HWD has been COR certified with the Alberta Construction Safety Association since 1995, is compliant with ISN and Complyworks safety monitoring systems, and utilizes SiteDocs Safety Management Software.
