The purpose of the Grande Prairie Construction Association (GPCA), together with the Alberta Construction Association (ACA) and the Canadian Construction Association (CCA), is to provide members a credible, common voice with access to all three (3) levels of Government.

We advocate for Governmental support of the Construction Industry in the form of laws and trade agreements promoting the fair and open competition of publically tendered projects.

We support a safe, skilled workforce through our partnerships with Alberta’s Apprenticeship and Industry Training and the Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA).

Moving forward in the technological age, we provide our membership with access to bid on public and private construction projects by hosting an electronic planroom (Buildworks Canada) with all eight (8) of the Local Construction Associations in Alberta.
