We welcome you to come to the Centre to drop off a registration form. For those expecting or on maternity leave, put your child on the wait list as soon as possible.

A Bright Beginning is operated by a non-profit society that is dedicated to proving quality care. The Centre is now located in the Avondale School on 108 Ave on the west side. The program provides care to children 12 months to 5 years for Early years and ages 5-12 years in the ABC out of school program. The educators set up responsive environments encouraging children to participate at their own pace, following their own natural sense of curiosity and discovery. Weekly plans are based on the children's interests and developmental levels from observations of the educators. Planning sheets are posted on the bulletin board outside the classrooms. Please familiarize yourself with the events. Our cook provides the Centre with am morning snack and a nutritional lunch on Tuesday's and Thursday's. A menu is posted in the hallway by the open window of the kitchen. We are committed to give your child (and family) a happy supportive, and nurturing environment that promotes learning. The Board members of the Society welcome all newcomers. All parents with children in the Centre are encouraged to be involved. Members of the public with interest are also welcome.
