The Grande Prairie & District Chamber of Commerce and the City of Grande Prairie have teamed up to deliver highly tailored instructional workshops to support current business needs in a virtual series called Serving Up Knowledge. The goal of each session is for business leaders or owners to leave with a skillset or ability to action the topic that is covered. 

Human Resources Policies can be confusing and it can be difficult to know what policies your company needs. Jennifer Caseley, Owner, Caseley Consulting will take us step-by-step through the development process for creating the Top 10 Policies that every company should have.  Attendees will learn the reasons why they should have policies, what the policy needs to include and how to make sure your staff are informed. There will be discussion on a Work-at-Home  policy and how to update your Sick Days policy for COVID-19. At the end of the session attendees will have basic knowledge for writing their own policies, a list of 10 policies every company should have and a couple of basic policies that she will provide attendees.
