Serving Up Knowledge Series: The Pandemic is Ruining Everything
Thursday, March 18, 2021 (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM) (MDT)
Description
The Grande Prairie & District Chamber of Commerce and the City of Grande Prairie have teamed up to deliver highly tailored instructional workshops to support current business needs in a virtual series called Serving Up Knowledge. The goal of each session is for business leaders or owners to leave with a skillset or ability to action the topic that is covered.
Here we are in year two of the pandemic and we’re all feeling the frustration. From daily news reports to restrictions on our lives and livelihoods to plain old isolation fatigue, this past year has been more than trying, especially on businesses across the country. With restrictions that some may or may not choose to follow, closures that can come without warning, it’s hard to know how to react and how to maintain the heart and reputation behind your business. Join Argyle, your reputation and communication experts, on March 18 for a one-hour business-focused session where we discuss how to react when things don’t go as expected, how to communicate to your employees and customers in a compassionate, COVID-sensitive manner and how to ask for genuine feedback when you need it.
