Who is Stephan Roy? 

Stephan Roy is a former Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) officer with a deep passion for martial arts, which he has been practicing for 34 years.

After retiring from the RCMP, Stephan decided to focus on building the Komodo Academy to make a positive impact in his community through teaching and sharing his love for martial arts. 

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Komodo Academy, a successful venture that has grown into a million-dollar business with 12 staff members. Stephan is committed to lifelong learning and growth. He regularly travels to teach seminars and learn from others in the fields of business and martial arts. 

As a keynote speaker, Stephan brings his unique experience of combining law enforcement, business acumen, and martial arts expertise. He is a believer in teaching leadership and is dedicated to helping both his students and staff grow and succeed.
