Tuesday, April 27, 2021 (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM) (MDT)

Description

Our province is in the midst of a generational economic shift as we face the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. As we look ahead to the post-pandemic recovery, it’s time for Albertans to come together to overcome the economic challenges we face as a province. On Tuesday, April 27 at 12:00 PM, join Rachel Notley for a conversation about how we can create a new economic strategy and build a more resilient and diversified economy in Grande Prairie and across the province.

No cost to participate but registration is required to receive the Zoom link.

Rachel Notley is Leader of the Official Opposition and served as Alberta’s Premier from 2015-2019. She has represented the constituency of Edmonton-Strathcona since 2008 making her the longest serving MLA in the current Alberta Legislature. Rachel grew up in Fairview and is the daughter of former Alberta NDP leader Grant Notley and his wife Sandy. She holds a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of Alberta, and a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
