To The Root Dental Hygiene operates in the Grande Prairie area and offers x-rays, oral assessments, teeth cleanings (debridement/scaling), referrals, and other preventive/therapeutic services that can be delivered to a location of your choice or you can come into the office in downtown Grande Prairie. Dental Hygiene Care Your first visit will begin with a dental hygiene assessment. It starts with a review of your medical and dental history, and assesses your oral hygiene habits at home. X-rays and measurements of your gums will be done in order to fully understand and go over your periodontal condition. We will screen for abnormalities and cancer on the face, lips, tongue, gums, cheeks, tissues, or in jaw bones. Regular visits with a dental professional are the best way to screen for oral cancer (early detection is best). We hope to see you soon!
