Investing in Family Fun Since 1985! Snipe Lake South Shore Resort (A family oriented resort) is being developed, serviced and marketed by Jim Bridgewater through his company WBB Properties Ltd. Jim also uses the trade name Bridgewaterland. Jim grew up in the farming and livestock business and in 1971 started developing residential land full time. He added recreational development in 1985 with the first project being Carefree R.V. Resort (Carefree Resort LTD.) Carefree is a large (632 R.V. Sites) lake resort with boat marina on Gleniffer Lake situated about 15 miles west of Innisfail, Alberta. It is of course, fully sold and enjoyed by over 630 families to this day.
