The Residence at Points West in Grande Prairie offers luxurious independent supportive living suites, allowing our residents to age-in-place. The Residence offers one and two-bedroom suites in a variety of spacious floor plans. The Residence offers a secure environment which provides social activities, restaurant style food services, and a warm and welcoming environment. Supportive services can be purchased as required. Personal care assistance can be provided through the Home Care Program. Our residents have the option of living a carefree independent lifestyle, or choosing some supportive living services that will help them maintain their independence as long as possible. At The Residence, we believe that our community members deserve to have quality care and support in the comfort of their own home, should they choose to take advantage of extra services.
