Established in 2024, Opadez Home Health Services Inc. is a locally owned and operated healthcare organization headquartered in Grande Prairie, Alberta, providing both medical and non-medical home and community care services to individuals and families across Alberta.

We are committed to delivering compassionate, reliable, and person-centered care that promotes dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.

Our services support individuals of different ages and abilities, including seniors, children, individuals living with physical or developmental disabilities, people with complex medical needs, individuals recovering from illness or injury, and families requiring additional care and support.

• Professional Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) services

We provide nursing and support personnel to long-term care facilities, supportive living environments, group homes, and other care settings requiring dependable staffing assistance.
