Our Mission Grande Prairie Centre for Newcomers (GPCN) is a community-driven initiative. Our mission is to welcome newcomers and assist them in their settlement and integration in Grande prairie and surrounding areas. Our Clients We offer various services to newcomer immigrants who belong to the following immigration categories: - Permanent Residents - Convention Refugees - Caregivers - Temporary Foreign Workers - Naturalized Canadians.
