The Chamber Virtual Business Showcase follows our goal of Connecting Business and Creating Opportunity. As in our annual Business Showcase, businesses will be able to book a "booth", or in this case a chance to promote their operations, services, and products in this Zoom meeting. Each Exhibitor will have up to 3 minutes to speak to attendees and other exhibitors. The event will have an MC who will randomly draw for presenter order from the exhibitor list. There's no cost for a "booth", but exhibitors are required to provide a gift certificate or door prize to be given away during the event, preferably something promoting their business if possible. All attendees and exhibitors will be eligible for any draws. The Chamber will also provide a pair of $25 Chamber Cheques to be used at any of our Members, as well as one month advertising on our digital sign at Centre 2000.

Some tips for exhibitors: you can share your screen so you can make a presentation, show us your website, play a video, show us some product samples, give us a virtual tour, or just chat and share your information with everyone in attendance. Again, we ask you to try to limit your presentation to 3 minutes after which we will welcome questions from the rest of the attendees. 

The Virtual Business Showcase is set for Thursday, May 28 from 5:00-7:00 PM on Zoom. Attendees are encouraged to "bring their own snacks and beverages" and will be able to ask questions of the exhibitors about their businesses. Please note on the registration form that interested exhibitors are asked to leave their contact information and someone from the Chamber will follow up for more details. We are limiting the number of exhibitors to 15 to allow for questions and in respect of people's time. We are also preferably looking for businesses who did not exhibit at last month's Virtual Business Showcase although everyone is welcome to attend and find out more about some of our valued members.
