Participants will learn practical ways to reduce stigma\, support colleagues\, and help create a safer\, more compassionate workplace culture.Meet Your Speakers: \nTracy Golnick is a respected mental health leader and advocate with more than 20 years of experience advancing mental wellness across resource-based industries. She is widely recognized for her work dismantling stigma around mental health\, particularly within the energy sector\, and for empowering individuals and workplaces with practical\, actionable tools to support well-being. Tracy serves as the Lead for the Men's Mental Health at the Resource Centre for Suicide Prevention and leads the nationally recognized Tough Enough To Talk About It program in Grande Prairie\, Alberta. Her work focuses on building resilience\, strengthening connection\, and fostering meaningful\, courageous conversations about mental health. \nSara Marchildon is an Educator\, Social work student\, and passionate advocate with over 10 years of experience supporting children\, families\, and the professionals who care for them by providing education\, coaching\, and mentorship. Sara is the Community Engagement and Education Coordinator at the Resource Centre for Suicide Prevention\, where she creates opportunities for honest conversations about mental health and suicide prevention.
